It was so well organised, fun, friendly and informative. There is nothing that could of been done better. Louise was a phenomenal trainer. I was welcomed and made to feel so comfortable. As an anxious person I was made to feel at ease. Louise created an environment and culture that was supportive, kind and very considerate to all the different ranges of peoples experience or lack of in this field. The follow up once I had enquired was very efficient, friendly helpful and not pushy.
