Yona - Female Intimate Vajacial
This 1 day course will teach you a comprehensive care routine for the Female intimate area. With the use of advanced technology and carefully selected, result driven products you will learn how to treat imperfections such as discolouration of the intimate area, ingrown hairs and irritation of the intimate area, often caused by hair removal.
Whether you are already certified in electrical therapy devices or not, we can help you develop your knowledge and skills and certify you to be able to offer this evolving beauty treatment to your clients, and assist them in achieving smooth, bump free skin in the intimate area.

Essential Need-To-Knows
- You must either be level 3 electrotherapy trained, or if not, you must complete the pre learning online course in electrotherapy prior to the practical training.
- You must be trained in Female Intimate waxing and have good basic pot and spatula waxing skills.
- The course requires you to confidently wax the intimate area
- This course does not cover Female intimate waxing training. We have a dedicated, separate course for this training.
- You must be prepared to act as a model for other students on the day of your course and be prepared to wax your fellow students. See FAQs if you’re unwilling or unable to act as a model yourself.
- This course involves treating the entire genital region. You shouldn’t attend this course if you’re uncomfortable with this.
Objectives
The main aims of your Yona Vajacial course are to:
- Show you how to carry out advanced Vajacial techniques including the use of Ultra sonic, high frequency and LED therapy.
- Our aim will be to teach you the relevant product knowledge for you to tailor and adapt the Yona treatment for your clients
- Educate you about relevant contra-indications and good health, safety and hygiene precautions in line with current HABIA standards.
- Ensure that the correct post-wax aftercare and maintenance advice is given
